Visited the Rainbow Fabrics warehouse in Enfield, North London, and wow, so many brilliant choices at great prices. I got exactly what I was looking for. The guys were so friendly and helpful even though they were really busy getting ready for the Grand Opening. Highly recommended.

Placed an order 30.12.24 which got caught up in the huge amount of orders, was updated about my order - unfortunately I was away on holiday when Royal Mail tried to deliver, they then sent it back to Rainbow Fabrics. Customer service was second to none, I finally received my fabulous order 3 days after my return. Thank you Rainbow Fabrics

A friend and I booked a time slot to visit the Enfield warehouse. I got the train and it was a very short walk from Southbury station. There is a lot of fabric to choose from and the prices were really good. I even found some silk georgette- I have been looking for some for ages! The guys were very friendly too - we were given a quick tour and then invited to browse at our own pace. No pressure at all but when we needed help they were really helpful - even doing a burn test to check the composition of some fabric. We had an interesting chat about the fabric and fashion business and walked out with some bargains and smiles. Will certainly go again.

Contact rainbow fabrics to ask if they had a fabric I had previously bought still in stock and if that fabric could be sent out quickly for a time sensitive project.
My request was dealt with quickly and efficiently and I am so impressed and very much grateful.
I have been a fan of rainbow fabrics for a while now after discovering them at a show and always look for their stall when I attend one they have a customer for life now and I would highly recommend them not only for the quality of the fabrics, the ethics of their sourcing but their customer service too.
