Mint Peacock Pavilion Block Print Cotton

Fabric has some tiny gaps in dye which is perfectly normal for block printing, those are not the flaws I'm mentioning, but this fabric also has thread pulls/runs seemingly randomly throughout the yardage. In 6m I have found 4, at varying widths from the selvage. I plan to try and thread them through to the back for the pulls and darn the ladders but to me this is flawed fabric and would not have expected it to be full price. (Always washed in a protective mesh bag, so snags are not from washing).
Fabric turned up rumpled/scrunched at the edges like it had been carelessly stored, someone else commented on this on another of the block prints and I completely agree, however this is my second order and once washed and ironed, the first order was fine. I previously ordered the peacock version of this fabric, washed it and shrinkage was almost nothing, I thought cotton might have been prewashed before block printing. Washed this colourway exactly the same and it 'shrank' 25cm. I didn't measure it before washing but seems surprising one colourway would shrink so much more than the other, I think it was cut shorter than ordered.
Otherwise colour is true to website and opacity is good due to busy pattern, should work for summer pyjamas.
