Pale Blue Mermaid Look 100% Cotton

Nice cotton but be aware that the pattern contains cut tufts of thread (so isn't smooth). They seem secure after a prewash and still work for my plan of a child's dress, but probably wouldn't use for making adult clothing.

This fabric is odd, to say the least. It looks like a broderie anglaise and the colour is... strange. But it is pure cotton and will be used as a soft skirt lining. For this alone it is good value for money.
